Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa, Playa d'en Bossa

I had a lovely holiday at the hotel with great facilities and food options, but there were some issues with service that need attention. The pools were beautiful and well-kept, making it a relaxing place to unwind. However, the dining experience could be improved with better management during busy times.
